It allows customization of content anchored to the target learning competencies, needs, and interests of learners. Providing more interesting activities and a variety of ways to engage students towards better learning.

About the Developer
Daryl Gumacal is a secondary school science teacher with professional interests in science education and agriculture. He has completed the academic requirements for the degree Master of Education, Major in Science. He developed the He-LLO (Helios e-Learning Link Organizer), a mobile learning application designed to support science instruction by organizing accessible digital learning resources such as videos, quizzes, and simulations.
